How important is the Plus pack?

I don't like the very dark interior colors the plus pack comes with, nor do I want the heavier glass roof. If I get the plus pack I'd be forced to upgrade to the leather, which I like - but now we're talking about a $10k difference. Does anyone have any strong feelings about the plus pack? Thanks
