What differences have you noticed between i-Type, 600, and SX-70 film

I am fortunate enough to have older and newer cameras so I have some that take a variety of different film. I’m still trying to figure out what I feel is best for what type of shots.
Has anyone noticed any viable differences between film when they take shots? Sometimes it really looks like the coloration is different when I see what turns out and I’m not always convinced it’s temperature.
