I recently upgraded from the Unite to the Grit X Pro, and one gee-wiz feature I think is kind of neat is the estimate of the energy sources used to fuel a particular workout. However, mine is giving nonsensical data; for example, it says that my ride today was fueled by 0% carbs, 0% protein and 15% fat. I suppose the remaining 85% of calories came from dark matter?
Possibly related -- neither the Flow app on my phone nor the Flow website show any information about energy usage despite the Polar help site saying I should see these.
Has anyone run into the same issue? Thoughts?
Edit: I'm a dummy and it turns out that the only workouts for which this occurs are those not actually recorded using my watch. I'm tempted to delete this post out of embarrassment, but I guess I'll leave it up for the next idiot who gets him/herself just as confused as I was.
