BTN had AsAc

Because he only called preflop and didn't 5bet/all in, I ruled out him having AA, KK, QQ and probably AKs, AKo, JJ, AQs. Looking back at the hand, I should have folded after he all ins on the flop, as I would likely put him on TT, KJ, and KTs, in which case I'm obviously losing there. Am I completely off base with my logic up until he all ins?
