Swapping abilities (not hidden) when breeding with ditto

I now have a plethora of weak armour Galarian Corsola’s and I was to swap it for cursed body?
How can I do this? I read there was an 80% chance of the parent ability, but I’ve bred so many now and refuse to believe it’s just bad RNG.
Any tips?
