Dratini Breeding

Im trying to get a 5 IV Adamant dragonite and so far i have a male dratini with 4 IV's in Attack, Sp Att, Sp Def, and Speed, and a female dratini with 3 IV's in Att, Sp Def and Speed with a 0 IV for Sp Att. Should i keep breeding them together? or get a different female?
