I think I have a bug?

Every time I try to play the game, after I press the play button and am sent to the purple loading screen, I'm sent back to the menu screen and the play button turns into the log-in button.
Sometimes when it sends me back there isn't even a button there anymore!!!
I really wanna play the game but I haven't been able to get past the menu in a while anybody know how to help?
