Lag issues after sylveon update

Is anybody seeing a large increase in lag after the last update? I used to be able to play with no issues but after the update I lag pretty much on every match and end up getting slaughtered. I try on my cellular service and my 1gb WiFi at home and it keeps happening no matter what. I only have issue playing Pokémon unite and nothing else. I’m starting to think they have a server issue.
