Help Modding Pokemon Unbound

Hey guys I’m trying to mod Pokemon Unbound specifically the trainer battles I want to give all gym leaders and boss battles six Pokemon increase their vanilla levels etc etc.
I figured out out how to do it with tools like gen3 tools and similar programs but so far they will only my let add in and edit poemon up to gen 3 I can’t give the trainer any gen 4-7 pokemon. Does anyone know a way around this?
