How many packs to purchase for a small set like Shrouded Fables

I normally but a box of a normal set to get all the commons/uncommons and a large portion of the rare and just buy singles off of TCGPlayer for the alternative arts (I must have stole someone’s cards as a kid because the rarest card I ever pull from a booster box is like $10…).

But for a smaller set like Shrouded Fables would the ETB and a few 6-booster package and the Kingdra pack suffice to get all the commons/uncommons/rares?

I know I can probably get all the commons/uncommons/rare off of EBay for much cheaper but I do enjoy pulling packs and sorting my cards numerically…
