Ideas for the next set I should collect?

I was going to write this whole pointless post but to keep it short-

my girlfriend and I got into collecting pokemon cards; starting with the scarlet and violet base set. We’re almost finished with it so now we want to look towards a new set. Is there any recommendations on ones that you guys liked or really enjoyed the artwork of? I would definitely prefer ‘cheaper’ sets (things that aren’t more than 200 USD per booster box) and i’ve looked into Japanese cards but yeah i dunno, what are some that you guys really enjoyed collecting or would want to?
