Question on CGC 9.5 grading

I just got a submission back and as you can see it came back as a 9.5. I’m a bit confused wasn’t the new system of grading suppose to make 9.5 equivalent to 10 gem mint. If so do I have to sent it back or crack it open if I want to get it graded by PSA? This is a first time grading so I’m not to sure on this whole system. I’m only really going for a psa one because it’s just to sell the card and wasn’t aware people liked psa over Cgc
