Nightmare amazon situation.

5 tins, 10 packs of TCG. Clearly resealed tins. I assume that packs were removed, weighed and less valuable packs chosen to be used in tins by the third party seller. Zero pulls, nothing above regular rares. Highly improbable that this occurred without manipulation.
I contact Amazon and after about an hour of arguing, I managed to get a refund. Which will take days to process. Buying Pokémon cards on amazon… never again.
Anyone else relate to this?
Edit: it seems it’s a common occurrence, lesson learned.
