So right now I'm doing a second run through of the game. I had tried doing a nuzlocke but when in with no idea how to play it and so I just gave up decided to play through the game again and then do research on how to do the nuzlocke. Anyways I have just been the water gym and I have five out of the six Pokemon that I want on my final team but the last Pokemon that I want to catch is a riolu. I looked it up and it said that they have a 5% chance to spawn when it's snowing at the Giants cap but so far I have had zero luck. So I don't know if I doing it wrong or if there's any tips or tricks to catch it easier I know that I can go to the Isle of armor and catch one there but I want to do it in the base game without having to buy the expansion packs so anyhow/tips are appreciated.
