Pokémon Sword and Shield Nuzlocke opinions

So i finished my pokedex on my main save and decided to start a nuzlocke on Sword, but there is something that is kinda bugging me. So the Wild area, even though its broken up into hubs should it be treated like its one route, so only the first pokemon you happen to run into, or every time you walk into a new hub, treating that as a new route.
I'm curious as to what you all think.
