Dynamax low damage

Hi guys,
I had a question. I recently bought Shield and am very much enjoying it. However as of late I feel like my Dynamaxed pokemon do little to no damage to those in raids. I'm talking a maximum of 10% whereass in earlier battles I could easily one shot them at times. Does any one you know the cause of this?
Sidenote: Sometimes the game states my pokemon is thinking about camping and stuff
