So after about a year of trying, my daughter (9) decided that she wants to play Scarlet with me. She's already decided her starter, sprigatito. We won't be able to play til tonight unfortunately, but I am so stoked. She showed interest in the let's go series, so we got her let's go Eevee, but that didn't last too long lol. She was also stuck between scarlet and shining pearl. Also I should ask, is SV a good intro title? I mean Ive been playing since red and blue. So I might be a little biased in saying this gen was a bit rough with the open world and exploration and figuring which order of gyms/titans/bases and whatnot. I'm ranting at this point, I'm just so excited lmao.
