So, I was wandering around the terrarium in the Coastal biome when I found Meloetta. First of all, head west of the coastal rest area until you find some leaves being blown around in a circle. If you are inside the circle, wander around until you find a spot where the music turns quieter. Then spin around clockwise for at least 30 seconds. As soon as you have stopped spinning, open the camera app and switch the filter to sepia. The music will change to Meloetta's relic song. Stay on the camera app and turn in a circle until you see Meloetta. Exit the camera app and interact with Meloetta to start the fight.
