Since Rejuvenation is one of the few pokemon games that acknowledges the passage of time I decided to see exactly how long our MC journey takes them. I cataloged the passage of time according to every time the game acknowledges the passage of time up until a little bit before Karma Files.

Arrival in Gearen City (1 week and 1 day) - 1st Day (Melia “Dies”) - 1 week of grieving

Sheridan Village (1 week and two days) - 2 Days for arrival and stay the night - 1 week disappearance - 1 day of rest before leaving

Marianette Quest EG City ( 1 week 1 day) - 1 Day saving EG City - 1 week recovery and rest

Approximately 1 month of time passed before arriving in golden leaf town (1 wk 2 days) - 1st Day Arrival in Goldenleaf Town - 2nd Day We fight off Team Xen - 1 week preparing for play

Akuwa Town/Black Steeple Castle and etc. (2 wks and 1 day) - 1 day travel to akuwa town and get kidnapped - 1 week at black steeple castle - 1 week grieving for mom

7 weeks since the start of our journey have passed when we arrive at Terajuma Island

Terajuma Island Arc (As of 13.5 Terajuma arc lasts 1 month or 4 weeks) - There is a lot of time skipping during this arc so it’s hard to keep track of events and how long they take but thankfully the game tells us outright that all the events of Terajuma are summed up within 4 weeks or 1 month timeframe

Approximately 11 weeks have passed once we reach Kugearen City

1 week in West Gearen - Ends with our battle against Eric

GDC Timeline (28 Days) (approximately 4 weeks) - 1st Day Arrival and Explore the City - 2nd Day Investigate the Night Market with Risa, Melia, Venam, and etc. Ends with investigating the night club with Lavender and Huey. End with Alice and Allen faux terrorist attacks on GDC Mall. - 3rd Day Find Venam encased in stone. Go with Aelita to meet Puppet Master. Ends with Getting the Trickery Badge. - 4th and 5th Day spent in ruined future on Valaries Boat - 6th Day Travel to Blacksteeple Castle - 7th Day Confront Melanie and return to our time - 8th Day after resting in Sheridan and vivian and funeral heading back home ends with saving aelita and enjoying farewell banquet (note: 8 days have passed in real time for MC but due to time travel shenanigans technically only 4 days have passed since arrival in GDC) - (9th/10th/11th Day) No matter when you actually end up completing in game this is only period of time that makes logical sense to do the first half of the missing children timeline that dictates it take place before grand dream ball but after you have access to route 9. The missing children quest also takes approx. 2-3 days to complete the first half) - 12th Day begins with gift from puppet master and Blakeory Library trip ends with journey to the past/Meliá and Erin investigate the library - 13th DayJourney Back In Time to confront Gardevoir.
