What Pokémon do I have to soft reset to get Shiny “hunting”.

I don’t know if this has been asked before but I’m planing to shiny hunt the living dex and I was wonder what Pokémon I can’t find in the wild and which ones I will have to shiny hunt the old way(soft resetting if I even have too).
