I only need 3 more Goodra to complete a full team

I don't understand how I got an alpha Goodra again. 2 of them are static alphas.
I got the first fixed spawn Goodra, when I was checking massive mass outbreaks in the Coronet Highlands.
Second Goodra appeared in the first wave of a Sliggoo massive mass outbreak, in the Crimson Mirelands.
And finally, I caught alpha Goodra#3 (2nd static alpha) on Thursday.
