Why aren’t space time distortions appearing

Hi. I’m almost done with my full Pokédex for Legends arceus but there is a problem: I can’t get space time distortions to spawn, like at all. The Pokémon I am missing(rowlet line, cyndaquil line and shieldon) are only found in space time distortions. Something also to note is that I’ve already beaten Volvo at this point. Does that have something to do with it? Is my game bugged? Any tips and tricks to help distortions appear? Thanks for listening!
