Issues opening the game

I've been trying to play Infinite Fusiin for the first time but every time I open the game it pops up with the black screen and then immediately closes. Im not sure what to do to get it to open, unsure if i need to give it permissions or not. I've seen a lot of posts with people saying to say wait but it's not that it's stuck loading, it's immediately closing/crashing when opening. Any advice or tips are welcome.
