Hey guys. Was curious to get your guys experience on Pokemon spawns and if you have seen and trends around which Pokemon appear where and why. I will post some of my findings below. It is all anecdotal evidence so don't take anything as a strict rule.

• Some Pokemon appear more commonly in different towns/regions. You can quickly look through the post to find that certain Pokemon are more popular on the west end or the east end. This seems to carry forward to different towns. I travel a bunch for my work and I am finding different Pokemon in different areas. For example Rattata's are everywhere in the city. But in the smaller towns I've been to they are almost non-existent. This goes for other Pokemon. For example I found a town that the whole nearby Pokemon section was filled by Drowzee's.

• Rarer Pokemon spawn when less people are out. I am not very confident with this theory but I have been seeing it more and more. Two examples bring this up. The smaller the town the rarer the Pokemon I am seeing. Also, in Edmonton last Sunday, during that torrential downpour I was seeing a bunch of rare Pokemon. This could just be a coincidence, it will take more time to figure this one out.
