Hey everyone. This is pretty neighborhood specific but I have been catching and training near the Clareview ETS stop. It is a pretty decent area that is accessible right off the train stop.

There are four Pokestops in the general area. One circuit takes about twenty minutes. There are also two Gym locations both are currently taken over by Valor (go team!) but Mystic has a presence here as well.

Pokemon that I have seen in the area are pretty common but here is the list of the most common:

• Pidgey
• Rattata
• Weedle
• Zubat
• Caterpie

Some of the one offs I've seen are:

• Tentacool
• Sheldar
• Drowzee
• Hypno
• Eevee

Be interested if anyone has a location where they are finding rarer Pokemon. Haven't seen much beyond Route 1 Pokemon.
