I'm seeing a lot of mixed messages on IVs here, with some saying to hold out for them and some saying they're not a big deal and you're better off investing in any Pokemon with the right moveset.
I'm assuming it's somewhere in between. At what IV% do you just stop bothering with that Pokemon regardless of moveset? For example, I have a Lapras with the optimal moveset for "Dueling", but its IVs are 42% which is pretty damn low. Continue with him, or just try for a better one? How do IV weights compete against movesets?
