Trying to build some good Shadow Mons for PVP.

I'm a still a fairly new player. I'm level 38 and have only been playing for a little over 5 months. The past couple months I've started doing more PVP. I usually would use my mons with 3* & 4* with high iv stats. Now I've been seeing that using high defense and high hp with low or no attack is the best for GL. So I was just curious if any of these are worth investing? If there's something that you would think would be good for raids also let me know! Thank you in advance!
