Question about the 2nd Passive for B&W Kyurem.

I just got to the point where I can farm for 2nd passives and am wondering which ones to put on my Kyurem bros, Currently I got Rage 3 on Black Kyurem but I feel like that one doesn't really do anything currently even at <50% HP.

I also wonder how dirty works, does it acutally prevent the atk/sp atk from being lowered and instead increses it or does it just increase them once they have been lowered, effectively making the decrease less significant?

Lastly do any of the other passives make any sense at all? To me they seem too situtional to be any good?
