Post Body

Hey everyone, I'm DemonicSnail aka Elo Bandit on Youtube. Channel link here: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCWMaZ_u4xZDnFCBK839ccpg

I create videos explaining and critiquing fun, inventive, and sometimes unreliable strategies called gimmicks. I'm working on a whole series of them; fully covering how they are used, whether or not they are worth using, and how to counter them. So far, I've covered Huge Hitpoint Shuckle, Teamkiller Moxie Garchomp, Sturdy Shedinja, Soak Discharge, Mummy Slaking, and Stored Power Mewbat. I also do montage style battles showcasing gimmicks: Sturdy Shedinja Montage, MC Hammer Spinda. In the future, I'm looking to expand my series of gimmicks, I'll be covering everything from FEAR to Perish Trap to Wonder Guard Entrainment. It goes without saying that some strategies I showcase may not work very well, and I hope to dissuade people from using them if this is the case. Most of all, I encourage people to try new things and not be afraid to put something on their team that isn't normally seen.

I'm posting on this subreddit because I'm looking for constructive feedback and criticism. I'm not here for "you should stop making videos" or "your content will make the community a worse place." I'd like serious feedback on what specifically I can improve on in my videos, how I can actually make them better, and what specifically to focus on in the future. I'd like to know what I'm doing well, and what I'm doing poorly so I can improve as a content creator. Thanks a bunch for reading and watching!
