Looking to become a vendor of Graded cards in a show.

How do i go about it? Specifically inventory. How do i buy inventory? Sure i can go on eBay and buy some cards at either market value but even in auctions the good stuff seems to selling at market price and if you include tax and shipping most of the time you're over.
