Is there anywhere you recommend for learning what makes for a good grade?
Post Body

I recently got back into collecting and my best friend asked me to look through his old collection and see if anything was decent. He said he knew he didn't have any first edition charizards but he has some of base set and a good amount of them from the Wotk years.

When I seen this I almost 💩. Multiple copies of all of base set 2, jungle, need go check rocket and a few more. He got offered 5k for his collection from a guy he gamed with. I showed him how much just his shinning collection was worth at psa 7 (all penny sleeve and thick slab sleeve since pull on release) almost that 5k in just shiny mid grades. Please help as he wants to keep a collection of the 151 and then grade some others but it's thousands and I want to speed it up. No I don't expect most to be graded but all have been sleeved since pulled basically besides his deck and some base set.
