Green Rose

i picked a rose,

regardless of its thorns,

gave it to another soul,

hoping for another flower to bloom,

but it never did,

i bled.

i planted a rose once more,

wishing that it would appear red,

only to see it turn green,

i gave it to myself, for no one else would,

now my wounds turned into its hue,

maybe one last time, but there isn't enough room,

to give life to a red one.

im stuck with green,

while you possess my red,

and gave it to another,

im stuck with green.

i bled..
