I hope that she is everything that you ever wanted in a woman and then some

I hope she makes you smile the way I used to when we first met

I hope she finds your humor funny and her laughter warms your heart

I hope she loves you in all the ways I couldn't love you

All I've ever wanted was for you to be happy

I don't hold it against you for falling in love with another woman

She's beautiful and seems to be just your type

I hope you both can communicate in ways we never could

I don't regret our time together, no in fact I cherish it

A part of me will always love you and I could never hate you

I'll miss your family and all the fun times we had together with them

We were life lessons in each other's stories and it's time for the chapter to end

Adieu to 12 years 9 of which we were married

Farewell to the dreams we shared
