Okay, if you would like to have me on YOUR podcast, here are some things about me:
I have a bachelor's degree in psychology. I've spent the last three years working as a substance abuse counselor. I've work in the community, a methadone clinic, and state prison. I'm happy to talk about any of my experiences, but im especially interested in behavioral change and what it takes to actually change one's behavior.
I started my YT channel a little over a year ago. I do mainly music reactions, but want to start hosting my own podcasts. I have 3700 subs, and most of my reactions get between 1k and 5k views. I'm fascinated by the creative process and I think I bring a unique perspective to the table
I'm very interested I'm psychedelics. Mushrooms kinda saved my life over a decade ago, and I've been fascinated with them ever since. Happy to talk about those experiences as well.
More generally, I'm pretty adaptable so we can talk about whatever. I'm interested in space, science, astrophysics, AI, quantum computing, philosophy, decision making, and anything "off the beaten path"
I don't take myself too seriously. I'm a little bit in "business mode" right now, but that's only because I respect your time and want to make sure you have enough information about me to feel comfortable making a decision to have me on you podcast.
My availability is pretty flexible right now, but ill need at least 2 days notice to accommodate a podcast. I can also link to my YT channel if you want to check out some of my videos.
If you would like to be on my Podcast
I'm interested to talk to pretty much anyone provided you have a decent mic ($30 nothing fancy. I'd even help you out if you needed one). We can run the podcast however makes you most comfortable. I'm interested in artists, successful business owners, investing, musicians, any type of fine or preforming arts, psychology, psychedelics, the mystical experience, Buddhism and the like.
I'd particularly like to talk to those who have served prison sentences or have a unique perspective on prison life, recovery and addiction, and ideas for how to foster genuine rehabilitation.
Reply to this post and we'll iron out some details.
Hey. I just so happened to come across this post. I messaged you as well. I think may have a few perspectives/stories about recovery and addiction. I encourage you around my podcast(in message) or my post history and see if I would be a good candidate. Thanks. Amy
