fish tank or pletco catfish lovers?

i am moving to FL and i can’t take my fish that ive had for 2 years with me. his name is Oscar and its a grey striped pletco catfish. he’s pretty large, about 10 inches. it is a 55 gallon tank. comes with stand, filter, air pump, heater and thermometer and all cleaning supplies and some food. everything included for $200 (negotiatable) .
also my recommendations on places that will take him as a donation just in case ! please and thank you. i hope i can find him his forever home.
