F3 owner here. After months enjoying this phone without issue on miui I've started my 168 hour unlock time.

I'm tempted to have a look at Arrow OS given the reports found on here.

I'm no noob when it comes to flashing ROMs and have done so many times. But it's been a while. I know I'll lose all data, etc etc, but like plenty of others I'm someone who hates having to reinstall everything from scratch.

So I'm curious, what apps / techniques have you used to backup data before switching to a custom? I mean things such as SMS, contacts, accounts, biometrics, even apps and app data.

I used to use a variety of tools such as SMS Backup give you cannot use TI due to not being rooted.

I'd appreciate your info here. Cheers!
