I have a poco x3 pro and downloaded an app called miui downloader. I updated 3 crucial apps. Downloads, notifications and the MOST CRUCIAL ONE...xiaomi cloud. All of sudden says "cloud keeps stopping" and my phone shuts down. I opened it up, put it into safe mode, got as quickly as i could on the settings before it shuts down again, went to manage apps, saw cloud with "0 b" and anyway deleted updates and cleared data...then it shut down and got into recovery mode again...help??? I have personal videos and photos with family and friends that are not backed up
