I bet she’s self-conscious about them. Hell, our society has done everything it can to tell her that they’re not enough.
All the reassuring you do--adoring descriptions, joyful touching, etc.--is really thoughtful, but I bet she doesn’t trust it. Maybe she feels like you’re telling her what she needs to hear, rather than what you believe. Or maybe she buys it, but thinks of you as aberrant, the one guy that enjoys little tits.
