OnDemand Movies, how do you get back to the place you were at?

I was watching a movie last night and got about 3/4ths of the way in before falling asleep. When I woke up I wanted to finish watching it but I cannot jump ahead to the time that I want to watch from. It freezes when it detects where a commercial break is. So do I just not get to watch from 3/4ths of the way in? I am on XboxOne
