I just saw this skirt in a sewing pattern for sale. I have neither the equipment nor the time to pick up sewing at this point, but I'd like to find a skirt with this style waist! Any ideas on what I might search for or links if you've seen something similar?!

Since I can't edit my post, I'm in the US and open to any price point. I'm usually an XL/XXL or US size 16-20. My waist is 36 inches and my hips are 46 inches.

No, I know they're generally not. Though I've seen things like "v-waist" and "shirred-waist." I wasn't even sure what this style might be called, nor that it wasn't really considered a waistband. 😅
