My mom compares me to gross animals and I think it's fatphobia?

So, my mom compares me to really gross animals like pigs and worms. The statements are typically like "you can't spend your time eating and shitting like a pig" and that was after I told her I was really depressed. Another time she told me "all you do is eat sleep and get fat like a worm". And typically its after she tells me that i don't bath and that I am dirty.
