I don't know how to dress myself

So for reference I'm 5'4" 311 pounds and I have a large apron belly. All I wear, literally all I wear is leggings and men's tshirts. It does nothing to make my shape look remotely flattering. I have no confidence because no matter what I just look awful and I'm very ashamed of my hanging belly. I'm starting to feel like I would like basic womanly clothing to help me with my confidence and feel like a person again. Does anyone have any recommendations wear to purchase clothing for my size (26/28) that doesn't break the bank and would be flattering to my shape? Not dresses or skirts though, lol.

The perfect answer is of course dresses. I wear them to work and I have some for weekend wear too. I have a large apron belly and I can't stand how it looks in any kind of pants.

Why don't you want a dress?
