I'm about a size 20/22. Ever since I had my kids, I now have an apron belly. I've recently been trying to get back into old things I used to enjoy that I had to stop due to childbirth injuries, like playing tennis, and sometimes my belly flops around and drives me nuts.
I don't usually like to wear leggings when I am active, but I'm wondering what other kind of garment might help hold my belly comfortably so it isn't flapping and smacking all over the place (if it exists). I would be willing to try leggings if there isn't a different solution available. I just want something that will prevent my belly from inhibiting my movement. Thank you!
My grandma had this problem and she wore a girdle. Just a band of elastic that held everything in. When I struggle with modern shape wear I often think of her girdle and how easy it went on and off.
I just wear dresses and skirts. I have a couple of skorts when I'm feeling it.
