Excruciating Pain When Standing Up For More Then An Hour

Post Body

I 20 F have had this weird thing going on for quiet a few years where if I stand for more then an hour I get excruciating pain in my legs and eventually they start to buckle if I don’t sit down. I currently way 305LBs and I’m assuming it’s somewhat related to that? I live an extremely sedentary lifestyle and normally lay in bed all day.

When I worked I started to realize this- that I’d start getting horrific leg pains after an hour of standing, I’d need to sit down and would get yelled at and by the time the shift was over my legs felt like they were about to fall off. Eventually I quit (unrelated reasons)

I’m really not sure what to do or where to go about this? It’s been freaking me out since I’m literally only 20 years old.. I’ve never told my doctor because I’ve thought for such a long time it might be my weight or lifestyle.. I’d really appreciate any tips or feedback!
