Cans of oxygen

I have been more active recently walking dogs and just trying to walk more but I get very out of breath (which of course is the point of cardio). I saw these cans of oxygen, called Boost and similar that you hold up to your face and can get a few breaths of 98% oxygen to help you recover faster. Has anyone tried this? Most of the comments on Amazon talk about mountain climbing, but I just want it to catch my breath sooner so I can keep going.
