Hi,
We’ve just had our second Scala2 pump installed. I am now well aware of the myriad of issues these have and once this second one inevitably goes, we will replace with something else.
In the meantime, this 2nd pump is having an issue that the first one also had from the outset. We have a washer/dryer and when we use the dryer it causes the pump to cycle every few minutes and eventually the leak fault light comes on.
Any ideas why this might happen? It doesn’t happen during a washing cycle and if we didn’t use the dryer for weeks it would t happen either.
It also has the trademark thumping noise that a lot of them seem to have.
Getting actual plumbers where we live is tough :(
Thanks
