Need help.

Hello everyone! So I have a question on what's happening to my toilet currently.
Little back story: Wednesday: At work all day and night, got home and it was working perfectly fine.
Yesterday: Worked the morning, not night, but when I got home the bowl was near empty. Everytime I flushed it'd fill the bowl to standard water level but drain back down. Threw some draino in to see if it'll work but nothing.
Today: Attempted to flush and it's still persisting.
Thoughts on a fix?
