Start apprenticeship before or after moving?
Post Body

Hello everyone,

I apologize if this has already been asked and answered, so far I have not found an answer. I am potentially moving from Illinois to Washington state in the next 6 months (not confirmed, but more than likely). I'm researching and preparing to start my journey with this trade, but am unsure when to start. Washington does not honor an Illinois plumbing license, but should I start my training programs and apprenticeship now then potentially transfer in the coming months? Is that even possible?

Thanks for any advice!
