Plumbing repairs before selling house
Post Body
Iโm selling my home in Oklahoma in a few weeks and the inspector did what inspectors do and find all the tiny irritating things about your house.
The buyer has requested to get two outside spigots/faucets replaced because theyโre leaky when turned on ๐. Set one toilet with a new wax ring cause it rocks a little, and flush the water heater.
Was quoted almost $1k by a local plumbing company.
This seems high for 2 hours or less of work and less than $100 in supplies. Am I wrong?
