Jacuzzi inline water heater

I have this old whirlpool jacuzzi in my bathroom. I wanted to add an inline water to it. I have a spare power outlet under it. Two questions. 1 does it matter where the inline water heater goes? 2 is there a inline water heater I can add to an existing whirlpool?
